$99 a room is an amazing deal! You get a high quality paint job at a price that makes it very affordable.
The $99 a room special adheres to the following terms and conditions:
Minimum of three (3) 12x12 rooms with 8’ ceilings.
These three rooms must be the same color.
This price includes one coat of paint on the walls. A second coat is discounted by 33%.
The painting of the ceiling, baseboards, closets, and prep time is not included. The cost to include baseboards and ceilings would be $88 per 12x12 room.
Depending on the job size and paint type chosen, K & J may discount the cost of materials.
